Tula Rashi in a Kundli
Your Rashi is Tula if the Moon was in Tula at your birth. This differs from having the Sun in Tula, which gives a Tula Sun sign, and from having Tula rise on the eastern horizon, which makes it your Lagna. A Kundli reads all three, together with the house that Tula occupies in your chart.
