Meen is the 12th Rashi of the Vedic zodiac, a dual water sign ruled by Jupiter. In the Kalapurusha, the cosmic body from which signs are assigned to parts of the body, it corresponds to the feet.

Meen Rashi in a Kundli
Your Rashi is Meen if the Moon was in Meen at your birth. This differs from having the Sun in Meen, which gives a Meen Sun sign, and from having Meen rise on the eastern horizon, which makes it your Lagna. A Kundli reads all three, together with the house that Meen occupies in your chart.
